I dont know about you – but I spent ALOT of my childhood running around on beaches – no matter what the weather. We would pile into our old Peugeot 404 and more often than not it was colder and windier in the car than out of it due to various leaks and windows not quite winding the whole way up……but boy did we love that car…….it would be the middle of a Southland winter with the cold wind screaming at you from every direction – but it just didnt matter – we would still pile on top of the car bonnet and lick ice-creams with our eyes streaming from the cold……..it was actually pretty fantastic.
The photos from this shoot of the beautiful Cameron Family – take me back in time a wee bit – the hazey wintery end of day light……getting wet no matter what the air temperature is…….trying to skim stones on the waves….laughing…….red noses…and then deciding really quickly that its all enough and everybody has finally actually noticed they cant feel their fingers or toes…….but what I really loved the most was the laughter – you guys really know how to laugh xox
