at the moment i am completely head over heels in love with our backyard. it was what made me totally love this place right at the beginning. but this is our first summer here. tj plays outside from sun up till sun down. its just that kind of garden. it has this slightly wild, tropical feel to it. it gets all day sun. and my current obsession is how the sunlight dances so uniquely across the garden at different times of the day. im not huge on photographing plants. but at the moment i cant resist. i really cant. its the kind of garden that begs for hundreds of fairy lights, paper lanterns, late night summer barbecues, a hammock, and running through sprinklers……..
